I have to admit that doing the exercise gave me a chance to stop, relax and reflect. When I say reflect I mean I was able to slow my breathing down, calm my mind and just listen to the beat of my heart. It felt great to breathe deep and have my body become less tense. I have done a few breathing and meditation exercises with a friend of mine but nothing like this. I think as I practice more it will begin to become more natural to me and before you know it I will do it just because its something that I love doing.
